I am a fully qualified 200 hour Yoga Instructor and am registered with Yoga Alliance International. So I am able to advise you on specific yoga poses and practices which will help strengthen and lengthen your playing time on the court. I offer several kinds of classes – and if you are a total beginner, don’t worry! I strive to make everyone feel comfortable.
