Everyone should be allowed the opportunity to explore their highest potential and to be able to realise the best version of themselves. While it's true that not everyone who plays tennis is going to make it to the Olympics, that’s fine, it’s still a wonderful way to keep fit, make friends, learn new skills and to practice mindfulness (meditation) within movement.
